1/2 cup sugar                                            5 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons flour                                 Grated rind of 1 lemon
1/8 teaspoon salt                                     3 egg yolks
2 tablespoons butter (melted)             1 1/2 cups milk 3 egg whites (stiff)

Combine sugar, flour, salt and melted butter. Add lemon juice and rind. Add this mixture to egg yolks and milk. Mix well. Fold in beaten whites. Pour into greased custard cups. Bake in pan of hot water in 325* oven for about 45 minutes or until firm.
